Professional Transmission and Converter Corp. has been in business since 1982 in Central New York. We are located on River Road in Marcy, just a short distance from the New York State Thruway I-90 Exit 31 at Utica. We also have a convenient warehouse located in Southbridge, Massachusetts.

In  January 2014 Professional Transmission and Converter Corp acquired CII Torque Converters in Nedrow New York.

Our transmission shop is a proud member of the Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association (ATRA), Automatic Transmission Service Group (ATSG), Torque Converter Rebuilders Association (TCRA), and Automotive Parts Remanufacturers Association (APRA). We also offer a nationwide warranty at any ATSG or ATRA shop..

OUR TEAM

Our staff of master rebuilders offer more than 100 years combined experience in the

driveline industry, including rebuilding all transmissions from antique dynaflow and

hydromatic to the latest computer controlled transmissions and transaxles. Transmissions

are Dynotested on the latest computer equipment available. Our shop also services and

repairs differentials, standard transmissions, and transfer cases. Torque converters are

remanufactured and balanced to factory specifications. We also remanufacture high

performance and heavy-duty converters for special applications. For wholesale customers,

door-to-door delivery is available in the Northeast including Massachusetts, New Hampshire,

Vermont, Connecticut and New York. We ship UPS for all in stock orders received by 3:00pm.
